Trachtman Law Firm, PLLC was formed in 2005 by attorney, James B. Trachtman. The Firm was founded upon the principle that our clients deserve the high quality and experience of a large law firm (where Mr. Trachtman spent most of his legal career), along with the attention and low cost of a small law firm.
The Firm represents business entities and individuals in complex civil litigation matters. Mr. Trachtman has been a civil litigation attorney since 1995. He has extensive experience in state and federal courts, both trial and appellate. He has also represented clients numerous times in administrative proceedings and arbitrations.
Although we are litigators, we understand that our job often begins before litigation commences. We believe that we have a responsibility to our clients to make all appropriate efforts to avoid litigation, while zealously pursuing our clients’ interests.
