Appellate Practice
We have regularly represented individuals and entities in the North Carolina and Federal appellate courts. Mr. Trachtman has appeared before the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, the North Carolina Supreme Court, and the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
